1. How did you come to work at Pretty in Pink?
I feel very Blessed.  I think things come together at certain times in our lives just when we need it.  I was looking for opportunities towork this patient clientele in a different environment but still help in their recovery journey.  That is when Pam had posted a position and we connected, giving me the opportunity to continue to serve this patient population.  It is so rewarding to see them feeling better with the options we have to help them.
2.  What’s your favorite thing about working here?
It is many things.  The staff positivity, the helpful embracing attitude of the whole team to help our patients.
3.  What do you do to encourage patients in your job?
I listen to them intently to help make the best choices for their compression needs but taking into account their “life” needs.
4.  What do you do in your free time?
I love being active.  I enjoy walking, running, hiking, biking, swimming and Pilates.  I love spending quality time with my family.
5.  Tell us about your family.
I am married to a wonderful, supportive family man.  We had two beautiful daughters that have brought us so much joy growing up.  They have now married to wonderful sons-in-law. I have the Best “sons'”.  They have given us 2 sweet grandchildren.  It is the best seeing the family circle grow.
6.  Where are you originally from?
I was born in Anchorage, Alaska where my father was stationed at the time.  We moved several times as a military family.  My father retired from the service just as I was starting middle school when we moved to Wyoming where my parents grew up.  I lived there until graduation and started my own adventures moving toward the east.  I lived in Columbus and the Maslon/Canton area in Ohio forfew years.  I then transitioned to the Nashville, Tennessee area where I wanted to go to broadcasting school and met my now husband.  This has been my HOME longer than any other place.  We love it here.
7.  What is your favorite quote/scripture?
Forgive Always, speak gently, love well, Pray often, work Hard, Give freely and be KIND.
