How did you come to work at Pretty In Pink Boutique?

I moved to Tennessee because of Covid. My grandchild was living in Illinois and then he and his family moved shortly after his birth. I was flying out here, monthly, to see my Grandie, and then Covid struck. Within a month, I knew I had to move (my son who still lives in Illinois gave me his blessing). I now live 11 minutes away from my TWO Grandies! I knew I wanted to find a job with heart, and I did! I started working for PIPB one month after I moved here.

What’s your favorite thing about working here?

Doing good and being surrounded by other like-minded people. Everyone just wants to make the lives of others better. And everyone cares so much about each and every person that walks through the door.

What do you do in your free time?

Spend time with family!

Tell us about your family.

I have two of the most incredible sons, one of whom is married to an absolutely awesome woman – they are the parents of my two grandchildren, who just happen to be the best grandchildren, ever – and one whose partner is also an absolutely awesome woman! When it comes to family, I am so blessed, so lucky, that I still cannot believe it! Each day I wake up grateful and each evening I fall asleep grateful.
