Casey greeted my friend and I with a big smile and very welcoming. Melissa, who fitted my bras for me, made me feel like I was someone and that she was there just for me at that time. I didn’t know what I wanted but after we talked she knew just what I needed. After trying things on I once again felt like a woman. After bilateral mastectomy I never thought I would feel normal again but thanks to Pretty in Pink I do!!!🩷 Ruby DotsonAugust 2, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Title: Pretty in Pink—Where Restoration Begins Review: First Visit – April 2024 Illness, medical treatment, aging, or an evolving identity can each change how we look—and how we feel about ourselves. When your hair thins or disappears, it’s not just cosmetic. It can shake your confidence, your sense of wholeness, even your joy. Attractive hair does matter. Attractive hair is part of your gender, your identity, your sense of self love. When I began searching for solutions, I found a maze of confusing, overpriced, and often disappointing options. Cheap wigs from Amazon? Unflattering. Boutique salons? Sometimes offer stunning results, but they’re simply not accessible to most. And local wig stores often have limited styles and no personalized support. Then, in a moment of true need, I discovered Pretty in Pink—and met Melissa. Melissa didn’t just sell me a wig. She listened to my story. She treated me with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. After a thoughtful consultation, she ordered an attractive wig that matched my features, style, and budget—without upselling or pressure. That day, she styled and fitted the wig for me. It looked better than the expensive hairpiece I once thought was my best option. I walked out feeling not just attractive, but whole again. Pretty in Pink isn’t just a boutique—it is a place of healing, empowerment, and transformation. Second Visit – May 2025 Returning to Pretty in Pink wasn’t just a follow-up—it was unlabeled, but genuine therapy. Melissa fitted me with a new wig—a beautiful bob that softened my features, enhanced my presence as a physician, and made me look younger. Her styling and advice helped me imagine a version of myself I hadn’t fully known—but instantly recognized. The new office is warm, artistic, and clearly designed to communicate hope. Melissa has a therapeutic presence that is rare. She listens without judgment and helps clients reclaim the version of themselves they most want to express—especially when that version has been hidden, erased, or questioned. Today, every interaction—with Melissa and her staff—was healing. They offer more than prosthetics. They offer trust. They offer restoration. They offer a way back to yourself—or forward into someone new. The best is yet to come at Pretty in Pink. — W. My assistant made me feel comfortable and ensured that I had a fitted bra to return to work the following day with my head high. Very nice environment which is needed after going through a mastectomy. I highly recommend them. Thank you! Very helpful, kind and staff all nice to talk to. I got my bras quickly and the back ordered one was in the package, too. Bras fit correctly too Esme LnuJanuary 9, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm confused by some of the negative reviews. I say this with love, a business cannot control when items are on back order; some things are out of their control. To include when insurance is being difficult. I had the most wonderful time with Laurie today; she was an angel. I felt so at ease. I appreciated the privacy of the entire boutique and the individual rooms that they have. I love that it was by appointment only, as the whole experience was personalized. I never felt rushed or disregarded. I was asked about my preferences, helped pick out what I like, and Laurie helped me make sure everything fit correctly. It was a great experience and I would recommend Pretty in Pink to anyone. Also wanted to add in case anyone sees this before surgery as a lot of people don't know... In general it's not recommended that you buy a post-surgical bra before surgery unless you're specifically told to do so. Because your plastic surgeon is going to place you in whatever their preference is after surgery, and every doctor is different! Unfortunately sometimes you can't just buy a post-op bra and assume it will be what you need. Some prefer compression, some don't... While Pretty in Pink is definitely experts on post- mastectomy bras, unfortunately they have no way of knowing what your surgeon is going to prefer or want. Sending love and light to all survivors, thrivers, and previvors. 🩷Load more
