How did you come to begin the journey of what is now Pretty In Pink Boutique? We got started in 2004 when God called us to serve with joy the people of Middle Tennessee facing these afflictions.  Support was scattered and unorganized then.  It’s laughable to think about it now, but this started as a “part time” thing for me when my daughter was born and I was looking for a new way to pursue my nursing career and be a mom. I thought I’d be helping 3 women every week and that would be about it.  In typical fashion, God had much different plans than we did…
What’s your favorite thing about working here?  Simply helping people.
What do you do to encourage patients in your job?  I tell them we have seen thousands of women get through this and they will too!  This is just an unpleasant pit stop on their road of life.
What do you do in your free time?  Not much free time to be had!  But I like to walk!  And my husband and I love to travel any chance we get.
Tell us about your family.  It’s all about the dogs, they rule the house.
Where are you originally from?  Grew up in Memphis TN and went to college in Virginia.  I moved to Nashville in 1997 after nursing school and never left! (Both of my parents are from Nashville, so I was raised a Vandy fan)
