We’ve expanded our staff throughout this year, and all of our fitting rooms are running at full capacity with extended hours.  Despite that, every year-end we experience a surge that exceeds our capacity.  But you’re very important to us, and we want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to help you!

Obviously, we can add you to the wait list and we’re constantly working that as changes/cancellations happen.  We just don’t expect we’ll be able to see everyone on the wait list before the end of December.  However, here are some options:

We’ve Made Special Arrangements for Pre-Operative Patients.  If you’re a new patient and have surgery scheduled, please use this brief online form to let us know you need us, or just call or text us at (615) 777-7465 and we already have a plan in place to accommodate you.

Many Re-Orders Don’t Require an Appointment.  If you’re re-ordering things you’ve purchased before, we can often accommodate you without an appointment (for example, if measurements are the same you can change colors without an appointment) and you have choices:

Ship Directly to Your Home.  We can ship items directly to your home at no additional cost.

Ship to the Store for Pickup.  Schedule a time to try them on before you take them home.
