We know it can be frustrating trying to use your benefits during the end-of-year rush, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. While no appointments remain for the year, we can add you to a waitlist in case of cancellations. - We’ve Made Special Arrangements for Pre-Operative Patients. If you’re a new patient and have surgery scheduled, please use this brief online form to let us know you need us, or just call or text us at (615) 777-7465. We already have a plan in place to accommodate you.
- Many Re-Orders Don’t Require an Appointment. If you’re re-ordering things you’ve purchased before, we can often accommodate you without an appointment (for example, if measurements are the same, you can change colors without an appointment), and you have choices:
- Ship Directly to Your Home. We can ship items directly to your home at no additional cost.
- Ship to the Store for Pickup. Schedule a time to try them on before you take them home.
