‘Tis the season…for Pretty in Pink Boutique’s annual Christmas Tree Fundraiser! We might all be located in one store now, but we couldn’t resist the opportunity to host our annual fundraiser with a little friendly competition. We have four trees this year that are decorated around different themes: the Hope tree, the Home tree, the Light tree, and the Wig tree. You can view each tree and vote for your favorite on our website here.
Each vote helps raise money for the PIPB Foundation, which goes towards those who are unable to afford treatment at Pretty in Pink Boutique. The final donation will be made in the name of the tree team with the most votes.
The Hope Tree
This stunning pink tree with shiny gold accents is located in the waiting room at our store. Our Hope Tree is inspired by the following quote:
“Wherever there are birds, there is hope.” (Mehmet Murat Ildan)
The Home Tree
Could the Home Tree be any more fun? Featuring popcorn and candy cane swirl details, the Home is pure nostalgic joy. This tree was put together by our home office team and is inspired by the following quote:
“Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light gleams
I’ll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams”
(Kim Gannon, Walter Kent)
The Light Tree
Traditional decoration shines bright on our Light Tree! With gorgeous red and green details, this tree brings festive joy to our showroom. The team who put together the Light Tree considered this quote when decorating:
“Christmas is most truly Christmas when we celebrate it by giving the light of love to those who need it most.” (Ruth Carter Stapleton)
The Wig Tree
Celebrating the newest addition to Pretty in Pink Boutique, the Wig Tree is an ode to our new wig studio service that we are thrilled to offer our patients! The Wig Tree might be tiny, but she’s mighty cute with her hot pink accents! We couldn’t help thinking of the following while decorating:
“I wear wigs all the time on shows and every day when I’m in public at Dollywood. People say, ‘How many wigs do you have?’ And I say, ‘Well, at least 365 because I wear at least one a day!’” (Dolly Parton)
About the PIPB Foundation
The PIPB Foundation was created to help individuals without insurance or who are unable to pay. Lack of insurance or the ability to pay should not stop someone from receiving the treatment they deserve. The PIPB Foundation aims to provide those in need with the same level of caring treatment at Pretty in Pink Boutique.
Any monetary donations received by the foundation go towards helping those who cannot afford treatment themselves. The foundation also accepts donations of lightly used prostheses, bras, and compression garments. You can donate to the foundation here.
Pretty in Pink Boutique
Voting for your favorite Christmas tree closes on Friday, December 22nd, so be sure to get your votes in while you can!
